What ages do you cater to We have a variety of products that are specialized for little humans withing the age brackets of newborn - young children. As well as parents and parents-to-be! That being said, our products can be a positive impact on your loved ones at any age. We have witnessed and understand the positive impact sensory objects can have on loved ones who experience life through different lenses. Our Giggle haven products are also created with our beloved seniors in mind, as owners & sisters who have both worked and shared company with this demographic, we know how textures, dolls, dynamic fidgeting - ribbons, crinkles, colours and patterns can be soothing at different stages and seasons for these gentle souls.

Can I send someone a gift Yes! Simply detail their address at checkout. If you want us to include a personal note, please leave it in the "Additional Notes" section at checkout.

Local Pick-up

Can I pick-up my order locally Yes, we have a 2 weekdays set aside for local pickups. Our local pick-ups take place in Calgary, AB Simply select "Local Pick-up" at checkout and and details location and timeframe will be provided.

Shipping & Delivery

After my order is placed, how long before it's shipped We do our best to ship our delightful orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.

What shipping methods does Giggle Haven use We use Shippo to ensure the best rates and services are provided to our customers. Shippo coordinates dellivery with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and DHL to ensure your packages safe and timely arrival!

How long will it take for my order to be delivered We do our best to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping time is 3-10 business days. So, you are looking between 6-12 days to receive our standard ground delivery. Please note we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time after it is in the couriers possession, however tracking is provided!

Can I track my order YES! Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can keep track of your purchase!

How much does shipping cost Shipping on all orders over $55 is free! Otherwise, your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Are there additional fees for Canadian orders Applicable provincial and territorial taxes will be applied at checkout.

Do you ship internationally Presently we ship within Canada only.

What happens if I put in the wrong shipping address? Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once the order has been shipped, and we will not issue a refund for incorrect address submissions. Please, please double and triple check your address. *** If you realize your address has been entered wrong, please contact us immediately, if we have not shipped your order we will happily update the shipping label with your correct address and send you a confirmation email.

Can I cancel or add to my order after it has been placed Absolutely, we want you to love every order! If you place an order and realize that something was missing from your cart - please contact us with your purchased order number, and the item(s) you would like to add. We will contact you to work out the details. If you realize that you aren't in love with the order you made, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation in a few ways: 1. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order immediately and issue a refund. 2. If the order has been shipped, please contact us and let us know that you wish for the order to be canceled; do not open the shipped package upon arrival; simply return your canceled order to Giggle Haven and we will issue your refund immediately upon receipt. *Please note that all returned items must be in their original shipment packaging and untampered condition. If there is a fee associated to your return, you will be in charge of paying those fees.
